Flowology Wellness

Flowology nurtures your body's natural ability to regulate, recover, and restore — enhancing how it heals, moves, performs, and adapts to daily life and demands.

At the heart of Flowology is its signature offering — Flowpresso, a full-body lymphatic enhancement therapy that combines three therapies in one: compression, deep pressure hugs, and thermodynamic heat. Gently wrapped in a full-body suit and supported by additional nano vibration technology, these combined therapies create a soft, full-body embrace experience that encourages lymphatic movement, fascia responsiveness, and autonomic regulation — supporting your body to drain, release, and rebalance from the inside out.

With the goal of working with your body, rather than against it, each session is practitioner-guided by founder Karen, who brings a deep understanding of how the body responds, recovers, and restores when given the right conditions.

Alongside in-clinic sessions, Flowology offers a curated range of self-care products to support your body's natural flow at home, or on the go. Flowology studios are based out of Te Puna, Matamata, and Whangamata.
